I love to find out about everyday things that are a bit better for the world – there’s lots of clever people developing products that essentially do the same thing as other products we buy, but do it in a slightly better way.

Sometimes they simply use less energy to run, or are made in a more environmentally way, or have less harmful substances inside them, for example.

But it’s not always easy to find out if there is a better alternative for the things we buy – often great green products are only available at a few stores that can be hard to track down. So here at ‘Another Option’ I wanted to try and showcase some of the readily-available alternatives that exist and help make it a bit easier for you to see if there is another option!
